rev:text	This store's only saving grace is the fact that they always have what my wife is looking for on her Christmas list). Each time Ive gone, they NEVER offer to help, I have to track down someone for assistance. I think it should be a good rule of thumb for them to help each and every male that happens to wander into this store, as we clearly are out of place. My last trip here (12/16) was particularly noteworthy. After walking around for a good 10 minutes and (as usual) not being helped, I tracked down a lady who helped me find the item I was looking for, like it was a burden or something. Now, I don't like to poke fun at people for how they look, but oh my. The lady that rang us up looked like she had enough Botox in her face for 8 people. She was also strange to the point of almost being creepy. She was super soft-spoken (as in pretending to be petite and posh at the same time) so much so that I had to lean in just to hear her. Then she hands me my change like Im diseased, going so far as to drop the singles into my hand, and practically do the same with the coins. You'd swear this lady was the mom from Clueless or something. Soooooooooo pretentious!!!! Honey, you work at Ulta, you're not Ivanka Trump, so stop pretending like you're high society. I had to fight back laughter. It was THAT bad. You guys need to teach your cashiers CUSTOMER SERVICE.
