  • Please DO NOT do business with these folks. On top of taking most of my Saturday for their installation, I had to have the cable wires painted to match the house because my HOA was offended by the color of their cable wires. All through the installation the installer kept telling me about the survey I would fill out favorably so that he could get his bonus. The "two year offer" is really a one year offer and then they up their fees and you are stuck. After a year and a half, I lost my job and had to move in with family but Directv stuck me with their $200 cancellation fee anyway. They are much worse to deal with than the company you want to get away from. Just call whoever you presently have for a provider and re-negotiate with them. It will save you money in the long run and you won't be lied to and cheated by these jerks!! Please don't use Directv.
