You all were just so wonderful. Diana server was first rate. 4 stars only, though. As a former F&B Director at 5 Star resorts in San Diego and Las Vegas you have one challenge. The food runners approach each table and don't know who has what entree. They announce the food and we're supposed to raise our hand, I suppose? I watch all service aspects when I'm dining and every table had the same. The food runner also served my entree before my wife's which is inexcusable. It's a very easy fix. I would be more than happy to tell you how to fix that. I'm sure everything can be done directly through your POS system. And this is the only imperfection of the night. I am friends with Alex Stratta and I noticed his scallops still on the menu. They were some of the best I've ever had, as expected. Left with 2 bottles of Rombauer Chardonnay. Thank you.
