Obviously there has been a change in ownership or management and things are on a downward slope here. We used to enjoy shopping here. Their slogan of southern style does not extend to their customer service in 2016.
Zero stars for apathy of management. I left a voicemail message for the department manager to call me back regarding my purchase and experience in the store. After I didn't hear back from her a few days later, I left a voicemail message for the Store manager. I explained that I had already left a message with the department manager and had not heard back. It has now been over a month and I have not heard from either woman or any other store representative.
If management doesn't care about responding to customers and valuing their business, their employees certainly will not either.
Plenty of other retail fish in the sea to check out. I would suggest you pass on this one.
