  • I cracked my iPhone 6 when I dropped it on accident on my drive way when I was getting into my car. I was super upset and super mad at myself and I tried calling and using my insurance but they told me that the cost for them to send me a new phone would be $175. My brother told me about this place because he's gotten his iPad fixed there before and it looked brand new when he came to pick it up. I decided to check out all the iPhone repair shops myself and around the area like iphone doctor and gadget experts. I chose this one because they were the nicest ones. The others didn't give me the best customer service so I didn't want them to fix my phone at all... I was being really picky lol but honestly I want the best customer service I can get and i got that at wireless phone doctors. The tech told me it would cost $119 to fix my iPhone. Way cheaper then then the $175 lol. They also offer a 5 dollar off coupon on yelp or you could get a free screen protector which is a 20 dollar value so that was great. I chose the screen protector because I'm afraid I'll drop my phone again lol. So I asked how long it would take them and they said it really depends how busy they are but they said it usually only takes 20 minutes but if it's busy it would take only up to an hour. Which was totally fine with me. I left my phone there and about 20 minutes later they called and said my phone was ready. They were fast and I came to pick it up and my phone looks beautiful once again! I'm so happy about the free screen protector as well. And I haven't had any problems with my phone. Will definitely come back here again. They gave such great customer service, they were so kind and welcoming, and were very attentive during my visit there. Thank you so much. You guys are awesome!
