This is such bullshit. I called the number, the ONLY number according to 'dispatch', to find where my vehicle was towed thinking they have multiple lots. Whoever answered said they do have multiple lots. I was asked for the last 6 of the VIN. "It's not coming up, you'll have to call back on Monday after 8 for Keri or Kelly; we're just a skeleton crew here". I asked "if it's not coming up now, what difference will it make on Monday?' "Keri is in the lot, she can look for it".
If they have multiple lots, how can she look for it on every lot?
Monday Follow-through:
I originally gave one star. Upon calling back on Monday, there were more lies uncovered but because of the warnings of you all on here, I was prepared and the pickup of my vehicle went smoothly.
Keri or Kelly turned out to be a bitch: When double checking on the amount: "I've already told you 4 or 5 times". Plus, neither was in the lot where my vehicle was...they looked it up on computer to find it.
But since you all said I needed EXACT CASH, I was prepared with the amount Kelly told me (which turned out to be accepted).
Fernando let me in the lot on time and is about the only good thing I can say about the company.
I think the lesson is to NEVER have your vehicle in a position where it may be towed. I have NEVER had a good experience with a tow company. This one seems like just another run-of-the-mill, 'all we care about is getting as much money out of you as possible'
Maricopa County Sheriff's dept. should be ashamed of using this tow company.
