For $50 for a six inch salted caramel cake, we were quite disappointed. I ordered the cake for my wife's birthday, and each member of the family felt the cake was way too sweet (both cake and buttercream icing), and very heavy. Even our youngest daughter took a single bite and left the rest of the cake on the plate. We left about 90 percent of the cake uneaten. I recommend the baker use a lot less sugar, and use whipped cream rather than butter cream.
