  • Our insurance was canceled without so much as a phone call or email from Bree. We had been State Farm customers for 17 years and our so-called "agent" didn't have the common courtesy to inform us herself. She wasn't available to talk on the phone at any point and pawned us off on the other people in her office after claiming she'd be there. We also had the experience of her blaming the underwriters rather than taking accountability. Do yourself a favor and go with a different agent, or better yet, company!
