  • I came to Dr Alexander after consulting with several other surgeons in regards to replacing old saline implants and a capsular contracture. He and his staff made me feel so very comfortable, not only with my decisions regarding my implants, but also the overall domineer and professionalism. Mind you, Dr Alexander's quote was by far the most expensive but it was all worth it. A few days after my surgery I noticed I had a fever and my left side was swollen and my next appointment wasn't for a few more days. Panicked, I called his office on a Saturday afternoon and left a msg with the nurse and Dr Alexander called me immediately and he insisted that I see him ASAP. Everything ended up being fine, I had just been moving too much. I just love how him and his nurse took time out of their weekend to see me. Highly recommended!!
