  • Sunset Cove is a horrible place to live. I've lived here for three months and it's been three months of hell. We've haven't had a working dryer since living here and they refuse to fix the problem. For awhile I had extremely loud neighbors above me witch they refused to do anything about. The people in the leasing office are extremely unprofessional. They refuse to answer the phone while they are in the office. My garbage disposal stopped working last night witch is causing my sink not to drain. My husband put the work order in only this morning but that was only because he wasn't able to do it last night. I called the leasing office told them that it was an emergency because not only was my sink not able to drain and not only because it smells but also because it's the fucking Holidays. I mean you would think that it being two days till Christmas and people need their sinks. Please don't get me started on a leasing agent named Joanna. She's rude disrespectful and needs an attitude adjustment. She is so very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend living at Sunset Cove to anybody not even my worst enemy don't waste your money on this apartment complex.
