  • I was going to let this go, but I've finally had it with Camelback Mazda. Camelback Mazda keeps calling to remind me why I will never do business with it again. My Mazda 3 was serviced at Camelback Mazda on several occasions. After the second to the last time my car was serviced at Camelback Mazda, I noticed that some CDs and , some car care towels and brushes were missing from my car. So, the next time I had my car serviced at Camelback Mazda, I told the service manager that if anything was missing from my car after that service event, Camelback Mazda will never see my smiling face again. The service manager looked me straight in the eye and assured me that thefts never happen at Camelback Mazda service department and that my belongings were safe. Since I was going to wait in the waiting room on site and removing everything from the car was not practical, I locked up the important stuff in my glove compartment. When I later accessed the locked glove compartment, a little change purse full of quarters was missing. The missing money amounted to only about eight dollars or so, but the quarters were there for parking meters or incidental change. I vowed never to patronize Camelback Mazda again. Camelback Mazda calls me with service offers and coupons about three or four times a year. Each time it calls, I explicitly explain why I am not interested in its offers. Camelback Mazda representatives usually say something like "sorry about your loss, but we have a great offer for you". Camelback Mazda must get these kinds of complaints all the time since it summarily discounts my experience and tries to sell me something instead. I don't know how to make these thieves stop calling me. I have provided Camelback Mazda with a dummy telephone number, but it keeps calling my cell number. I told Camelback Mazda that I moved across country, but it keeps calling. I have blocked Camelback Mazda's telephone number, but that is only temporary. It usually finds a way to get through. I don't even own the frigging car anymore, but that doesn't seem to matter. Camelback Mazda just keeps calling trying to sell me service. DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR CAR AT CAMELBACK MAZDA SERVICE DEPARTMENT. CAMELBACK MAZDA SERVICE EMPLOYEES ARE THEIVES! IN FACT, STAY FAR AWAY FROM CAMELBACK MAZDA.
