  • My husband and I went to Skechers to get my husband some new comfortable walking shoes. We were greeted upon entering the store. The store and isles were very nicely organized and neat. We were offered help a few times which we declined so we could look around at everything. We ended up getting four pairs of shoes. Now is when the fun starts. We got to the check out line and the young man was already helping a customer in front of us. The customer was talking on the phone and not paying attention to the sales clerk. Within a minute or two the salesman realized that this customer was going to hold up the line, so without hesitation he opened up a second register and started helping us. Periodically he kept checking on the first customer and continued assisting him as his attention warranted. Now the phone rings. The salesman finished up with us, finished with the first guy and then finished up with the guy on the phone. All without missing s beat!!! We were so impressed!!!!! This young man, Caesar, was such a multi-tasker!!!! I had to ask his name and told him how impressed I was with his customer service. It's not often you find such great help nowadays. If I had a business today I would offer that young man a job and steal him away!!! Hats off to SKECHERS!!!!! I sure hope this young man has a wonderful career ahead of him. Keep up the great work Caesar!!!! Thank you so very much!!!!
