| - I have been here a few times now. Initially we had stopped by before they had tapped any of their house beers that they make on site. We had a few of our other favorites, as they carry a wide selection of craft beers from around the country. As compared to prices you would pay elsewhere, they were quite comparable. Service was good, and the place actually has some very nice space.
They update their website fairly frequently, so once we saw they posted some of their own beers, we stopped by again. Amazingly they ran out of one kind in less than a day, so I had to settle for a brown ale. Not typically my favorite, but it was pretty tasty for that style.
My third time there, it earned its 5 stars. Both owners were present and very interactive and cordial. Cool guys that you could tell love beer. We got a tour of the facility, even back to the fermentation area, which was very cool. They certainly have a wonderful space, and a very interesting set-up. The beers were a flowing, and the Saison and the American Pale they had that day were outstanding!
The Stout floats seem very popular, though I have not tried one.
The Bring Your Own Food (byof) theme is pretty cool, and you can have food delivered right to the brewery.
They also have Food trucks, pierogies, and popcorn!
Surprisingly impressive selection of bourbon and scotch.
Give this place a shot. Support LOCAL Beer! The taste is great and the prices are typical of any microbrewery.
REMEMBER: High gravity beers with alcohol at 5, 6, or over 7% alcohol is like getting 3 for 1 pricing. And, wouldn't you want to taste your beer anyway?
