  • In my opinion, i am glad we did NOT choose to retain this firm. On our initial appointment we stated our name and the receptionist acted as if we were bothering her, no eye contact, no smile just a have seat. You will NOT meet with a lawyer. You will meet with a paralegal. We were interrupted 3 times by someone IN THE OFFICE asking questions that could have waited to be answered. When i informed them that we still had 2 more law offices to visit for consultation the mood turned cold and unwelcoming. They gave us a take home packet and said to call them with any questions. I called back the next day with a question ( left message) and not 1 person, paralegal, or lawyer ever called us back with reply. Hmm i could see the writing on the wall. I guess our case was not big enough to be bothered with. On Our other 2 consults we met with A LAWYER. The firm we chose is not a big TV law firm but a family run firm. Anytime we had a question the lawyer would contact us directly within a couple hrs.
