  • New brewery that opened last week in Plaza Midwood a brisk walk away from the other bars in the Plaza Midwood area. Was invited to RC by a few friends since we're always game to be social and drink new beers with friends. As you would expect on opening week, it was very busy with the locals but didn't take long to get drinks with them having roughly 6-7 bartenders. We all decide to try all the beers so we went with the flights which were well priced and they had wine selections as well. With it being extremely hot over the weekend, we were all a little uncomfortable with the inside temperature. We eventually moved towards the back where the barrels were and the temp was an immediate 10 degrees cooler so all was well. We eventually found a table and the temp started to cool down. The bar staff was very insightful, helpful and cordial so we will definitely be back. The only negatives were the inside temperature and they had no beer flight trays so took a few back & forth trips with the various flights we ordered which according to the locals we met this was a rush opening. Regardless of everything we had a great time, will come back again and look forward to more great beer. Welcome to Plaza Midwood Resident Culture.
