Experience All You Can Eat - Twice!
A friend and I had "brunch" here at the Aria buffet while visiting on a trip this October (2016). The buffet promised a brunch style but was definitely a miss on several levels.
Although we were one of the first customers, many of the food items were already "old" and inedible. They had already been sitting out too long or were reused from the previous day. The selection was lacking, especially breakfast items like such basics as scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage links, etc. You won't find any of that here. For the lunch side of the menu, basics that were missing were mashed potatoes, gravies and a variety of carved meats.
Perhaps this buffet is trying too hard to cater to many different global societies, which is great, but most of the folks here were looking for the basics.
The best things here were the made to order omelets and the gelato.
My friend actually vomited up his meal soon after we left. We'll probably stick with the Bellagio buffet or try out the Wicked Spoon buffet at the Cosmo next time we visit.
