  • This place only gets 3 stars because their facility for jumping is great. But do not have a birthday party here. We arrived at 3 and saw our party host. She checked in 3 kids, asked what time we wanted food, and we never saw her again till food was ready and then again to pay. None of our arriving guests ever got bracelets. But doesn't matter considering they didn't care in the trampoline room either. Guess we could have doubled our headcount and nobody cares. They never even checked to see if we had waivers. My daughter dropped her ice-cream cone and I watched 10 employees who were on their phones texting just stand there while she cleaned it up herself. We needed a couple of extra supplies, so we finally helped ourselves to the cabinets and got what we needed. Fortunately for them they have great trampolines and the kids had fun, which is what matters in the end, but losing out on a on of tips, and repeat business on the parties.
