  • We fell in love with the large floor plans they offer at la Privada. They have more of a home feel rather then a typical apartment feel. Despite the horrible reviews we decided to rent one for a year thinking we would decide for ourselves. Well we should have believed the reviews. I will start by saying I don't even know how the manager Kristen still has a job. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She is rude and unfriendly this is not the first review stating this. The company that owns these apartments should prob do something about her. They take forever to get any work order taken care of. You have to literally ask numerous times to have something so simple taken care of. Again make sure you don't talk to Kristen about any matter whatsoever!! The walls are paper thin so you hear everything from your neighbors. Not the end of the world unless your stuck next to dogs barking all day and night. Yes there are many pros to living here that's why we decided to rent, however the horrible customer service we will continuing to get from Kristen for the next year just doesn't make any pro worth it.
