  • The Barking Lot was a horrible experience for me and my puppy. I have been twice and will not be back. The first time was fine, but the second time my dog was so scared to go back. They kept him for upwards of 6 hours the second time!!! Also, when I went to pick him up, they tried to give me the wrong dog! Overall, they seem EXTREMELY unorganized, unprofessional and their customer service is lacking. They also ask you to tip (with debit or credit card) before they even give you your dog back. I will not be going back, that's for sure.
