  • Really bad customer service at this particular location. I went in twice since I've moved to the area and both times were uncomfortable. I had a hold placed on checks that I went in and deposited myself and wasn't able to access my money for 4 business days. I could have went to Walmart and cashed my check knowing that. But instead the teller decided to heckle me about my name (it has different/odd spelling) and handed me a receipt with a checking account balance reflecting a newly deposited check, not that it was actually held for review. This severely misled me for days and I will never go back to a truwest location.
