  • Absolutely HORRIFIC management / ownership! Apparently their initial success has gone to their head. We tried to host a happy hour, as we had done before, and were met with unreturned messages. After finally confirming our event, a manager named Paul called and arrogantly stated they were booked and couldn't accomodate our party, less 48 hours prior to our event! we were left scrambling to find a venue and none too excited about their belligerent attitude. As a neighbor to this establishment, I am committed to swaying anyone who will listen to stay away from them. How quickly some people forget the value of good customer service!
