rev:text	This review is only based on customer service. I called johnny for a quote for a new unit for my casita. Unfortunately, they don't do install but he gave me some pointers on what to look out for and some other companies he recommended. He also, called me back after we hung up to give me some more suggestions. I'm amazed at how much time and consideration he gave me even when he knew he couldn't get any of my business.
