  • We contacted Legacy Landscaping and Pools to come do a cleanup on our backyard that had become a bit overgrown with weeds. It was a very poor decision. They said they'd be there at 7:30 AM and didn't arrive until after 9 AM. They never even called to say they would be late. Then when they arrived, they weren't all that conscientious in doing the work. In an hour they said they were done, but it looked like they had hardly started. They said they were only supposed to be here for an hour because they're scheduled to go to another job. I got them to stay a bit longer, but not much additional work was done. Never again. And to make matters worse, Legacy Landscaping and Pools started charging my credit card for bi-weekly service that I never agreed to and no crews ever showed up to do. It took several phone calls until I got that stopped and the appropriate refunds. Please avoid this company.
