I came here as a newlywed with my husband, friends, and family after our wedding ceremony on a Saturday night in April around 6:00pm. We came wearing very casual clothes, but thankfully we arrived early enough in the evening so the dress code was not being enforced.
We had a great view of the city and enjoyed some very tasty drinks including champagne, beef sliders, and chickpea fries. Being able to sit around, chat, and relax after our wedding looking out over the city was a great start to the night. The only thing that was a bummer was that some people smoked while out on the patio and when the door opened, we were bombarded with the smell.
Our party of 8 people were graciously waited on by two staff members. They were patient as we decided on what to try. Splitting our checks was not a problem for them either. They also gave recommendations of places to go to later to continue our celebration. Before you leave, make sure to visit the bathroom-- what a sight to behold and a unique experience. ;)
