  • Great experience. Paul asked me to text a photo of the necessary repair and gave me a candid explanation of my options. I appreciated that he offered what was best for me as opposed to what was best for his pocket. As for timelines (which I value greatly), he was prompt and arrived at the time to which he committed. The repair (light reattachment of a door-sill trim) was done quickly and to my satisfaction. Paul's service was exceptional and the entire experience was that of a person committed to building a loyal client base. Mission accomplished here!
