| - I visited on Friday, July 17th. The Consignment part is fine. I took some dresses in and will receive the standard 45% in cash once they sell. Young woman doing the buying was courteous and professional. But then there was a young woman who was blabbering to the staff by the dressing room, making no sense, sounding really ignorant and making the shopping experience terrible. They were trying to ignore her, but she just kept yammering on. Turns out, she is a staff member visiting on her Off day, distracting all her coworkers.
Then, I found one item to buy and no one was at the register. I waited, and waited, and waited, looking around for someone with a name badge or something to signify they worked there and saw no one. It must have been a good 7-8 minutes, because I began looking through clearance jewelry in a bin on the glass case. Finally, an employee says 'are you ready to check out?' "Um... yeah, "I said, sounding flustered. "I've been here a long while. I looked for someone to help, but no one is wearing a badge so I have no idea who works here." She apologized, and said they all forgot their name badges, but the damage was done. I won't be buying any clothes there. No customer service and the mall is much easier with about the same prices. They bought some of my clothes, so I might go back for that reason.
