This buffet is the flagship buffet for the Caesars hotel and casino chain. The servers are friendly, including the individuals handling the food. There was a meat carver it was extremely kind and friendly on the day we went. Not only does the food look wonderful, it is delicious. This specially true of the desserts, which I find rather bland and unimpressive other buffets in the Caesars hotel and casino chain, even Paris. The atmosphere of the restaurant is modern. If you're wondering what the little Blue and purple rubber pieces are in dishes above the stations, they are for hot plates, such a small plates that you carry back to the table. I would like to see the crab split like it is at Paris. That would be my one improvement for this exceptional buffet.
