  • I had an appointment time for an oil change, came in there they said it was going to be 3 hours until they can get to my car. That's ridiculous and an unreasonable amount of time to wait. What's the point of having an appointment then. I was getting the most expensive oil change package too, but I wasn't going to wait that long. I talk to the manager and she couldn't do anything for me. I took my business elsewhere. The appointment system is flawed in this place, and probably other pep boys too.
