  • Do not buy from the store!!!! They recently changed their name to good night baby but don't be fooled by the same terrible customer service and store manager, Ryan. My husband and I purchased a dutallier nursery glider and Ottoman from the store on May 16, 2016. The estimated delivery time was 8 to 10 weeks for the custom order. The due date for our little boy was July 26, 2016 so we knew it would be cutting it close thus we decided to pay for it in full in case a friend or family had to pick it up from the store. What a BIG mistake that was! Ryan the store manager sent us an email saying it was shipped on august 13, however we received it the first week in September. Apparently it must have been delivered by donkey for it to take close to a month to be shipped. 16 weeks after we purchased it we finLly got it. The estimated time in the store was 8 to 10 weeks originally. When we got the glider and Ottoman delivered free of charge after all the hassle they put us through, the wrong Ottoman was ordered. Unbelievable! In the days and weeks leading up to our due date we called multiple times asking the status of the glider only to be told it was not in. We kept checking back as they changed it arrival date multiple times. We asked for money back however Ryan said because it was a "custom" order they would not refund any of the money. He also said that the estimated time of delivery is just an estimate and sometimes it can run over. Doesn't he know that you always over estimate so that way the customer is pleasantly surprised whenever it comes in early? Apparently they had to cut down the tree for the wood to build the glider. Moral of the story do not buy from here
