  • I have been to many mechanics over the years and none of them compared to my experience at Japanese Car Service!!! The process was fast, efficient, informative and painless!!!!! My husband and I brought in both of our Infiniti Q45s and both times Kevin told us exactly what was wrong. He didn't try to upsell us on anything. He gave us the most efficient options. He had the vehicles fixed quickly and kept us updated on our cell phones throughout the whole process!!! We were blown away by the customer service and professionalism!!! Kevin is very knowledgeable and personable!!! We will only take our vehicles to this shop in the future!!! We recommend this shop to everyone!!! You will not be disappointed!!!
