| - First let me say I regret ever signing a lease to live at the Lofts at Rio Salado, but I'll start with the positives. I live in one of the 2 bedroom units. The apartment does have a lot of room and the patio is a nice benefit.
However, the problems we ran into with the staff far outweigh the benefits of the apartment. The management staff was rude to my roommate and I on multiple occasions, to the point we refused to go down to the office unless we absolutely had to. Also, we had multiple appliances in the apartment break for no reason, including the air conditioning in summer, the washer and dryer, and the dishwasher. The frustrating part was that the staff would fix the appliances, and then they would break 3 weeks later. Also, as it got later into our lease, it started taking the repair staff close to a week to come fix everything.
Overall the apartment itself was nice and the location is right on the lightrail which is a positive. However, there are much better places that can offer those same benefits without all the hassel of the staff. I would not recommend for anyone to live here.
