I've been here once before and the service was okay. But I called today and the guy who answered the phone (Easton is his name) was extremely rude and definitely does not have any customer service skills. I called to see if they would be able to take me in last minute because I had burning pain when putting my contacts on. He asked the doctor and told me I would have to be there before 9am. After agreeing to the time, I get a call from him. He asked if I had insurance. I told him yes and gave him my insurance number.... he puts me on hold without even letting me know so I waited I guess. He then tells me my insurance doesn't cover the visit and that I would have to pay out of pocket which I agree to. I'm assuming he was thinking I wouldn't want to pay out of pocket and just tell me "you know what, just go somewhere else"
EXCUSE ME, I just agreed to pay out of pocket and you're gonna tell me to just go somewhere else. I'm sorry but this isn't how you talk to paying customers. Someone really needs to teach this guy how to speak to people or maybe he just needs to get a job he actually likes.
