To be honest, I don't give out 5 stars very easily.
Satoya is worth 5 stars, though.
As a tuna (maguro) connoisseur, it's a kihada (yellowfin); however, very good quality.
Bincho (Albacore) to me, is not my favorite since it has an oily smell and taste.
Every other cooking was exquisite and finely done, and has originality.
Their creamy rock shrimp and the tofu steak was awesome!
They also serve some of the original Okinawan dishes that I get a craving for from time to time.
This was my first time trying out the "Taco Rice" which became popular in Okinawa. LoL
It was actually pretty good!
Satoya has sold the place and has been closed since Feb. 26, 2016.
