I paid $50 for a gel manicure that chipped less than 48 hours later. I phoned in to tell them (one day too late of their 4-day policy, which I knew nothing about) and all they could offer were future discounts. Yes, I would like to pay more for you guys to fix your botched job. Even more frustrating was the staff admitted that there could have been a problem with the way it was cured or the polish I chose (as some are prone to chip...thanks for the heads up). The fact that I have been a loyal customer to them for around 4 years made zero difference in how they treated me. Terrible customer service from the manager. I would never go back to a place that doesn't treat its customers with respect and that does not care to maintain relationships with loyal clients.
Will not be returning.
