  • This is probably the best Cajun restaurant in Madison. My favorite thing here is the Crawfish Etouffee. It's quite spicy. It was prepared differently than what I've had in New Orleans. But I think it tastes better the Bayou way. The ambiance is very similar to the French Quarter outside restaurants.
