  • Stopped by the Summit around 5:30 and chose to sit in the shaded patio. The bar and interior is retro-modern and beautiful but there's nothing quite like summer evenings on a shaded patio. From the creative drinks (try the cucumber or island) to the fantastic small plates of new southern food (crawdad pimento cakes and collards + cornbread) we were blown away. The food and drink is matched with attentive, smart service. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend.
