I arrived at the flamingo 5/19. Luckily I was comped 3 out of the 4 nights. When I went into my room the stench of human waste hit me in the face like a wall. I called guest services and asked for a room change. She offered that she could send someone up with spray. But what good would spray do for that stench?
Very disappointing for this treatment. I understand I had a comped room but is that the quality you are going to present your guests with regardless of a free room or not. The smell was unbearable and made everyone feel extremely disgusted.
I asked for a room change and she denied and said I had to go all the way to the front desk and ask. When I finally got there the lady was very nice and actually upgraded to me to the spa tower. Room was nice view and "updated". The elevator corridor has 6 shafts. Day one only 3 worked. Day 2 only 2 work. And today day 3 only one elevator is working. Had to wait 10 minutes for an elevator. How ridiculous is that? 6 elevators and 1 works? They offered to walk to a different tower and walk all the way to the room but most likely you will get lost trying to find your room from 2 towers over.
It's a real shame had this trip planned for 8 months and was really excited and the hotel is in wonderful location. But the quality and service I have received in the hotel is an embarrassment to total rewards and Caesars entertainment. I will be telling all my friends and family to not stay here and to maybe steer away from Caesars entertainment in all.
