  • Stopped in to get an estimate for some work I needed on my Jeep and the lady at the front seemed irritated that I didn't have an appointment. She told me that they do estimates free of charge but all of her appointments were full. She never even asked if I wanted to make an appointment. I've never been to a body shop that required an appointment to get an estimate. Apparently she is the only person in that building that can give an estimate, or at least that's the way she made it seem. She acted like they were too good for my business. For all I know they may be the best in the business but they are not touching my Jeep. I'll be using one of the other companies that graciously made time for a potential customer.
