  • Came here on a Friday night at 7pm to celebrate my 30th birthday and waited ten minutes to sit at the bar. And thank God I did, sushi chefs andrei and gian are the best! They make the best recommendations: ecstasy, sexy girl, and hurricane rolls = SO good. And they're so funny! I wanted to try the crispy roll and that wasn't good, pass on that roll (it's just a Cali roll deep fried). But they also emphasized how they're known for their nigiri, mainly the blue fin. And OH MY WORD, it's life changing. We got several orders of that. And lychee ice cream and green tea creme brûlée is to die for. My server (older Japanese lady) was thee worst, very slow and short. And then when my bf asked if they do anything for birthdays, she said no. When bf responded saying "well I saw people post on Yelp about a free t-shirt" she said "not anymore, we only give one free candle." Then, the sushi chefs had another server bring out one free mochi and a t-shirt (thanks guys). I tipped $20 but JUST for GIAN and ANDREI, too bad they have to share it with others. So in a nutshell: SERVICE DOES SUCK but sit at the bar FOOD is worth the wait DESSERTS are beyond amazing
