  • I have to put at least one start. If I could I would not give any stars to this place. Worst dealership ever. I went in to trade my 04 car in and get a new one. I ended up driving off the lot with a 2012 VW Jetta. I put 1700 down on it. We were taken over to finance and signed a few papers and were told that the rest of the paperwork would need to be done at a later date. They let me drive the new car off the lot which seemed kind of strange to me seeing that the deal had not been approved from a bank yet. I got a call about 2 days later saying the loan was approved and I needed to come in and finish the paperwork. We went in and signed everything else and then had a problem with the Kim in finance reading the insurance information. She advised that both me and my fiancĂ© were listed as excluded drivers which was not the case. After many calls to the insurance company they confirmed that Kim was reading the document wrong. Then a week after having the car Kim calls me and tells me the bank kicked back our loan and we need to return the car. Really now? Why would you even let someone leave if a loan has not been approved. I took the car back and got my trade in with writing all over the window and they refused to remove it for me. I spent a hour at home with a razor blade removing it from my window. I was advised by Kim that I would not be able to get my down payment back till Monday due to accounting not working on the weekend. I called Monday morning to see about my down payment being refunded back to my credit card. I was given the run around for 4 hours with excuses of Kim was in a meeting, or she was not at her desk. I spoke with a manager and he advised he was not even aware I was getting my money back. I finally received a call from Kim saying my money was sent back at 930am. I asked for a email of the receipt showing this and after a few minutes advising her that I needed something I finally got a email with a scan of my receipt. I will NEVER recommend this junk yard and beware if you buy a car from here. They will tell you ANYTHING to make a sale. Now I have to try to get another car to get to and from work and transport my kids around in. They do not realize they are messing with peoples lives. This place is a joke. I will be going to the BBB with a very long story as well.
