I purchased 2 tvs from Arrowhead Best Buy in August for my new home. I also purchased a protection plan so that NOTHING goes wrong. 3 months later my more expensive television just dies on me. I was extremely frustrated. I contacted Best Buy who told me to contact Geek Squad. They ordered 2 parts for me based on what they felt it needed. I was told the part would arrive very soon and an appointment for that Thursday has been set for the repair. I take an ENTIRE day off of work to ensure I was home for this repair. I am very much a tv person!! I get a call that Thursday saying that the part was NOT shipped and the repair has been scheduled for another week out. I was furious!!! I contacted the Best Buy Store and asked to speak to a manager. This manager basically said she can do NOTHING for me. I will need to wait. another week goes a part comes in Geek Squad comes to repair. they were NOT able to fix. At that point I have had enough I am without a TV for almost 2 weeks and I haven't even had it for that long I spoke to Brenda the "manager" The woman has NO heart. She did NOT care about my frustrations at ALL! She told me she would make an "exception" for me and replace my broken TV. but she would NOT do that again. She also wanted me to pay for the 3 months of the protection plan which by the way did NOT help. She was VERY VERY Rude. she also insulted me multiple times. I will NOT be shopping at ANY best buy this christmas. Thank you Brenda at Arrowhead for making sure I knew that Best Buy is not the best.
