  • First time coming here but I left immediately due to asshole security guards out front. First of all, I guess they changed their parking structure and I did not even notice the sign right away so nobody can park in front of the building except handicapped people and I'm okay with that but the way I was told to get out of the parking lot was absolutely unacceptable. I parked my car on the entrance driveway right in front of another car and the wannabe cop still came up and not only gave me an ultimatum to either park somewhere else but threatened to ban me from the dispensary if I 'did not comply'. I understand the place is busy but your security guards are the face of your company and however they act is how I will see your entire organization from now on. I will never again attempt to come here simply because of this petty need to exercise authority over people who are coming to your place of business to spend money. Also, they told me it would be a 25 min wait but as I was leaving, another gentleman came up to me and stated he had been there for over an hour already and was still not allowed inside. Good thing there is a dispensary right down the street and that will be my go to place from now on. You can thank your security guards for losing a customer who was never inside your building even once. You can be sure I will let everyone know of my experience here today.
