  • I always try new BBQ joints I run into. Traveling a lot I have visited many. The area needs a good BBQ joint and I was hoping Big Eu'es would be it. Sorry to say it fell far short. Ribs, while well smoked, were undercooked and tough. So much so that no one in my family wanted the last one. We usually fight over them. The chicken was roasted, no smoke at all. Bummer. The wings were nothing special either. Really need to start smoking those Mr. Big. I won't be back.
