  • I'm really shocked by the bad reviews on here. I have been coming here for years and have always had a great shopping experience. The staff always goes out of their way to be helpful but knows when to give you space if you're just browsing. While they absolutely do carry higher end clothing/shoes they also stock a lot of common brands such as Skip Hop. I've never had a hard time finding a beautiful splurge item or more accessibly priced necessities. I admit that I was surprised to find out that they only offer store credit on returns but quickly learned that that is pretty common in Toronto "baby boutiques". I've never found it to be a problem because they sell high quality products, I think I've only had to return shoes due to sizing issues? I'm thrilled that the reviews don't seem to have impacted the business, I would hate to see such a great store shut down!
