  • Unfortunately some businesses grow too fast and they aren't able to offer the same great services they once did. This shop is a prime example. My friend & I had appointments for fills and she had to wait because a walk-in came in & was taken just a few minutes before her appointment. This set us back over 30 minutes as she had to wait while the other person was being serviced during her allotted time. Then, another client walked in and my friends' fill was rushed because the next client complained about waiting. This made our overall experience disappointing and was quite unprofessional. My friend was also a regular client & is contemplating changing nail salons. Walking in with time to spare would be the way to go as making an appointment is a waste of time. I actually stopped going to this nail salon because I was driving over 30 minutes and then was stuck waiting when I had a set appointment.
