  • Terrible customer service. Very slow. I absolutely hate dealing with this bank, especially this branch, but my auto loan is through them. Unless you're stuck with them for an auto loan go to Wells Fargo, they have exponentially better customer service. The Desert Schools online banking is primitive and the customer support over the phone is a joke. You're out of luck if you need something outside regular business hours. Go elsewhere if you can! They will make you wait 45+ minutes to do something simple like provide insurance for your auto loan.
