Sad to say this is my second terrible experience with this Brakes Plus location. I went in for a simple battery change in November, and being a young woman, they must have seen a money sign stamped on my forehead, so they installed the wrong battery thinking I wouldn't notice. Unfortunately for them, my dads a mechanic and I know how to identify when something doesn't fit, especially something as obvious as a battery! Took it back to get it changed again and thought that would be the end of it. It's now February, barely three months later and the battery died. Triple A took a look at it and said it read like a three year old battery and had a dead cell...are you kidding me breaks plus? Taking advantage of young women, not cool!
