  • We purchased a new home in the River Grove North division in Las Vegas, NV and closed on 11/29/16. Many of issues we had have been addressed and fixed however our biggest issue has not. Within just a few short weeks the carpeting began to raise where it meets the tile. It is so unacceptable especially because it is so frayed and the tack board is exposed and with small children, who have stepped on it even while temporarily covering it with mats, which is tacky looking. By February I filed numerous complaints, and heard nothing back. I contact the head of the development, named Kelly with no response. I have called the home warranty and left multiple messages regarding this issue with a message response of call back within 48 Hrs. E-mails sent seven separate times, same this where "You will receive a response within 24Hrs. Nope, this company is full of LIES LIES LIES. This company does lazy work and will not own up to it. I expect a response back due to not fulfilling their obligation to correcting anything within warranty period. Do YOUR JOB RICHMOND!!!
