  • Day off happen to notice getting hot in house go over to thermostat and see it's 86 degrees in the house, already know this is a problem. Right away I call this place 1st guy comes out at 5:30pm company charges $80 for the repair guy to show up at your house. Which ok that's fair I'll take that. What I won't take is for this guy to tell me that my AC is old and that I should replace it will cost me $8,000-$13,000 but don't worry ma'am we do financing. Are you "f" kidding me the house I bought isn't even 10 years old but some how I have the oldest AC unit in all of Las Vegas!! I even asked did you even check what was wrong with it? Yes ma'am your motor went out. Ok how much would that cost to replace he tells me $600-$800 but he doesn't have the part will have check back with us tomorrow. Mean while my animals sit in this hot box!! No I'm done I give him his $80 said bye!! Called another company not only did that guy fix it which way less cheaper then the yes ma'am guy was gonna charge which by the way everyone he called back next day quoted me at $1,041 how the "f" did you get that price!! the guy that did the work which took almost 8 hours for him to go through a crawl space charged me $675 needless to say I'm not going to anyone else but that guy! Just so we're clear I understand you pay for Quality work but don't come into my house trying sell me new AC when it turns out nothing was wrong with it but a bad motor
