  • Absolutely disgusted at Laticia who works security checking bags!!! I had an issue with this deplorable woman the week prior! When I approached her she instantly threw me and my father in law to side of the line without even searching my bag! She proceeded to call her managers and pool security and told them I had a gun!!!! Are you freaking serious!! A bag with an American flag does not. Ran you can discriminate and assume that!! When security approached me and said we do not allow firearms, I tore my bag apart and demanded to explain to me WTF you are talking about! They asked if she even looked in my bag and I told them no!!! When they didn't find anything other than some cigars they allowed us in with free admission, but not before making me and father in law look like criminals! I AM DISGUSTED at this lady's absolute lack of professionalism and have yet to be answered on any emails I have sent!! WORTHLESS, shame on you Laticia you are a perfect example of how to not keep guest coming back!!!
